PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor capable of easily performing the recovery of the anchor even if the anchor is hooked on a reef, returning a shank and a claw to an original state when the anchor is pulled up from the sea bottom, and further enhancing safety by reducing work that a person performs at a bow leaning his/her body forward as much as possible. SOLUTION: A shank body 2 and one end of a shackle 24 are pivotably connected, and the other end of the shackle 24 and a connection member 15 of a claw body 11 are pivotably connected. A coil spring 10 penetrates the shank body 2, a nut 7 is screwed into with a screw of the shank body 2, and the tip of the coil spring 10 resiliently biases the end surface of the connection member 15. The claw 14 is hooked on the reef and an anchor body 1 is pulled up, and when a predetermined force or larger is applied to the coil spring 10, the coil spring 10 is bent and the claw 14 is easily removed from the reef.
