PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow-melting system which suppresses the running cost of a heater portion. SOLUTION: In this snow-melting system, water in a water storage tank 2, which is warmed by the heater portion 14, is warmed by exhaust heat from a submerged pump 15 which is operated for melting snow. Thus, during the melting of the snow, the exhaust heat from the submerged pump 15, that is, heat generated from a motor portion and a pump portion serves as a heat source, so as to restrain the temperature of the water in the water storage tank 2 from decreasing due to the inflow of snow water.
