The invention relates to formation comprising at least one nanofibre layer. Said nanofibres have a diameter up to 600 nm produced through electrostatic spinning of polymer solution. The layer of polymer nanofibres comprises particles of photodynamic sensitizer, at the same time the nanofibres are isotropic spread in a transparent and porous layer of surface weight from 0,01 g/m2 to 15 g/m2. Next to this, the invention relates to the production method of nanofibre layer through electrostatic spinning of polymer solution in electric field created by difference of potentials between the spinning electrode and collecting electrode, while the nanofibres produced in this electric field are carried to the collecting electrode and they deposit on a surface designated to it.
