A motor is provided to increase a performance and a life span of a device using a motor by absorbing the vibration and noise generated by a rotation of the motor with the silicon rubber ring. A motor includes a housing(10), a stator(20), a rotor(30), a rotation shaft(40), a bearing(50), and a silicon rubber ring(60). The stator is installed on an internal wall plane. The housing forms an outer appearance of the motor. The rotor is installed inside the housing. The rotor is winding a coil. The rotation shaft penetrates a center of the rotor and is fixed on the rotor. At least one end of the rotation shaft is supported by the housing. The bearing is fixed on the housing. The rotation shaft penetrates inside the bearing and is rotated. The silicon rubber ring wraps an outer circumference of the bearing, and is fixed on the housing in an elastically changed state.
