CONTENT DISTRIBUTING METHOD, CONTENT DISTRIBUTING SERVER, BROADCASTING STATION SERVER, AND TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content distributing method etc., with which a content providing agency manages reproduction limitation information on contents and a content reselling agency manages validity limitation information on a key.

SOLUTION: A content provider server uploads contents to which the reproduction limitation information is added to a content distributing server. The content distributing server generates a key for the contents and ciphers the contents using the key. Then a broadcasting station server transmits the validity limitation information for the key of the contents to the content distributing server. The broadcasting station server broadcasts the ciphered contents received from the content distributing server to a terminal. The terminal transmits a key request to the content distributing server. The content distributing server transmits the key only when conditions of the reproduction limitation information and validity limitation information are satisfied. The terminal deciphers the ciphered contents received from the broadcasting station server by using the key received from the content distributing server.
