<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer electric field conveying device capable of smoothly conveying developer in a predetermined direction by a traveling wave, and to provide a developer supply device and an image forming apparatus which include the developer electric field conveying device. <P>SOLUTION: A toner electric field conveyance body 132 includes a plurality of conveying electrodes 133a. The electric field in the form of a free-traveling wave produced by applying a conveyance voltage of a predetermined level to the plurality of conveying electrodes 133a can convey toner in a toner conveyance direction TTD. A pair of upstream toner conveyance guide members 136 are disposed at both widthwise ends of the toner electric field conveyance body 132 and upstream in the toner conveyance direction TTD. A pair of downstream toner conveyance guide members 137 are disposed downstream of the upstream toner conveyance guide members 136.
