PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for specifying accurately a coordinate of a spot shown by a domicile which is a retrieval object, when coordinate data corresponding to the domicile which is the retrieval object do not exist in a domicile database. SOLUTION: In the case where the coordinate data corresponding to the domicile which is the retrieval object do not exist in a database (S100:NO), when the domicile is in a residence-display execution district (S300:YES), a coordinate of the domicile which is the retrieval object is calculated based on a block polygon and a building polygon (S400). When the address which is the retrieval object is not in the residence-display execution district (S300:NO), if a branch number is not included in the domicile (S500:NO), the coordinate of the domicile which is the retrieval object is calculated based on an existing coordinate existing in the database and a numerical relation of an address number (S600), and if the branch number is included (S500:YES), the coordinate of the domicile which is the retrieval object is calculated based on the existing coordinate existing in the database and a numerical relation of the branch number (S700).
