PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which can correct accurately the variation of its manufacturing process being subjected thereto, and can suppress its circuit from becoming large-scale one. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit has a plurality of resistors connected in series with each other and interposed between first and second potentials, and dividing the voltage interposed between the first and second potentials to generate a plurality of voltages; has at least a switch circuit connected in parallel with at least a resistor of the plurality of resistors; further, has at least a fuse connected in parallel with at least another resistor of the plurality of resistors, and moreover, has each control circuit for controlling at least a switch circuit according to the control signal fed from the external to bring it into ON/OFF state.
