PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tow-lifting device of a work machine for a slope etc., which can efficiently prevent damage to a wire for safely holding and tow-lifting the work machine located on an inclined area such as the slope, and ensures the safe work of the work machine on the inclined area. SOLUTION: The tow-lifting device of the work machine for a slope etc. is for use in holding the work machine located on the inclined area in a suspending state by the wire of a winch for preventing a tumble of the work machine or lifting the same.
