PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a management load of mail addresses, easily specify a leakage source when a mail address leaks and easily invalidate only the leaked mail address. SOLUTION: A data management server 130 stores a valid word table 132, and a filter processing part 112 of a mail transfer server 110 determines whether to permit transfer of mail based on whether a valid word matched with a keyword of a destination address at the front is registered in the valid word table 132. The data management server 130 stores an invalid word table 133, and as to mail determined to be transferred based on the valid word by the filter processing part 112 of the mail transfer server 110, whether to permit transfer of the mail is determined based on whether an invalid word matched with a keyword of a destination address is registered in the invalid word table 133.
