PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile object positioning apparatus provided with a resonance filter which can reduce the gain characteristic of a sensitivity function to≤0[dB] at a frequency band higher than a gain intersection frequency at which a disturbance suppressing characteristic and a gain characteristic are≥0[dB]. SOLUTION: The positioning apparatus is provided with the resonance filter where a Nyquist locus passes an area separated from a Nyquist point on a Nyquist diagram. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
