PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly inspect a finite element model of an object including a prescribed structure part. SOLUTION: This inspection device has: a means storing the kind of a representative finite element of a prescribed structure part model and a proper value of the number of finite elements to be connected thereto; an input means of an object model; a means extracting a finite element of the same kind as the representative finite element from the object model; a means counting the number of the finite elements connected or close to the finite element in the object model; a selection means comparing between the counted number of the finite elements and the stored proper value to select the representative finite element belonging to the prescribed structure part model; a specification means specifying the finite element configuring the prescribed structure part model together with the selected representative finite element; and a decision means deciding whether the prescribed structure part model configured by the selected representative finite element and the specified finite element is good or not.
