PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input information analyzing method and device for storing a pattern to be processed when it is input, and for newly acquiring a pattern result analyzed from the stored pattern by processing similar to the human sensitivity, thinking, and intuition. SOLUTION: This input information analyzing method includes: a step for acquiring the activity of one portion or all corresponding information units between an input pattern and a plurality of storage patterns stored in advance, the information unit having a scalar showing specific characteristics as attributes; a step for carrying out constraint processing to the activity by using a constraint rule including information relating to the other storage pattern; and a step for generating the group of information units having a new scalar and a scalar representing the group from the scalar of the information unit and the activity of the storage pattern subjected to constraint processing.
