PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro total analysis system in which a micropump chamber is formed and which is capable of being manufactured easily and inexpensively. SOLUTION: In the micro total analysis system, a fine channel and the micropump chamber are formed inside a substrate, and the micropump chamber is filled with a material which generates gas due to heat.
