PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified storage silo for an asphalt composite which allows the direct casting of the asphalt composite by a vehicle to make a casting unit unnecessary, reduced in equipment cost, and can be easily installed and relocated. SOLUTION: The storage silo includes an casting gate 4 on its upper part, a discharge gate 3 on its lower part, and a container body 2 of a heat insulating structure which is so supported by a lifting means 9 as to move up and down freely with respect to a support frame 5, and can be rotated by approximately 90 degrees by a rotating means 10 into a laid position. When the container body 2 rotated into the laid position is lowered to the ground surface and the casting gate 4 is opened, the storage silo can receive the asphalt composite directly from the vehicle A. When the container body 2 is put into a standing position and moved up, the vehicle A is allowed to come into a place under the container body 2 where the asphalt composite can be discharged into the vehicle A through the discharge gate 3.
