A swing posture correcting and swing training apparatus of an indoor is provided to improve a golfer's golf ability by enabling the golfer to train a series of postures for swing accurately and to recognize a result for the swing accurately. A swing posture correcting and swing training apparatus of an indoor golf includes: a shaft part(20) having a main impact wing(22) and a subsidiary impact wing(21); a grip part(10) formed on the rear end of the shaft part; a head part(40) formed on the front end of the shaft part; a front laser generator; a center laser generator; a rear laser generator; and a putting exercising mat having lines printed for checking a position of a golf ball and a swing orbit. |
