<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam molded article which is excellent in industrial sanitation and safety by significantly reducing generation of aldehydes, can maintain various good physical properties such as feeling of rebounding and durability, and is useful for molded articles such as a seat pad. <P>SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam molded article is obtained by subjecting a polyurethane foam formulation mainly composed of a polyol and an isocyanate to expansion molding. A hydrazine-based polyol is used as the polyol component. An aldehyde catcher is coated on the outer surface of the molded article, wherein the amount of the coating after drying is 10 g/m<SP>2</SP>or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
