<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspicious individual determination system and profile distribution system which have high in determination precision and can perform a high-speed operation. <P>SOLUTION: Profile data which are obtained by extracting the moving speed, the moving direction, and the direction of a face of a person from a moving picture signal by a profile means 21, and a case base table stored in a database 23 in advance are compared with each other and determined by a comparison determination means 25.
