<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to shorten an insulating distance between a high voltage circuit and a case to house it without using an electric field shield, and to realize downsizing of the device. <P>SOLUTION: In an electric circuit which generates a higher output voltage than input side by combining a large number of electric components, or in a multistage switch circuit in which a large number of semiconductor switches are connected in series and in which one of the input and output terminals is connected to low voltage side and the other one is connected to high voltage side, the high voltage side is arranged at inner side in roughly spiral shape from the low voltage side terminal 7, 8 toward the high voltage side terminal 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
