<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method improving each layer of a multilayer solid oxide fuel cell, and containing the manufacturing methods of an anode-electrolyte layer and/or the multilayer solid oxide fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the solid oxide fuel cell includes processes of: (a) introducing raw materials of the layer of the solid oxide fuel cell into screw extruders 200, 400; (b)forming a mixture by mixing the raw materials when the raw materials are passed through the screw extruders 200, 400; (c) degassing the mixture of the raw materials when the raw materials are passed through the screw extruders 200, 400; and (d) extruding the mixture through the openings 218, 418 present at downstream ends of the screw extruders 200, 400.
