<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve capability of processing transfer request in an exchange centralized processing system 1000. <P>SOLUTION: In a centralized center 200, a data processing part 210 generates destination data irrespective of credit processing for a transfer document to store the destination data in a close storage area 212-1.
