摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand prediction device and a program for accurately predicting demand of a business vehicle even when there is little actual results data.

SOLUTION: The demand prediction device is provided with a past actual results database 6 in which a time zone and an increase/decrease in population in each block in the time zone are stored and a demand prediction means 2 for predicting the demand of vehicle allocation based on the increase/decrease in population in each block in the time zone during which the vehicle is allocated.
