<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door access control system or the like to control a door access of a room according to a door access situation of a user and to secure a security related to an electronic apparatus and its equipment provided in the room. <P>SOLUTION: When a holder of a subordinate IC card enters the room, a door access control apparatus 5 collates a collation condition brought from a first collation by a collation means 53. That is, when the holder of the subordinate IC card enters the room, it is collated whether the holder of a master IC card having a homage is in the room or not, based on an information read from the subordinate IC card and an information held by a door access history information database 56. When the holder of the master IC card exits the room, a first collation condition brought from a second collation is collated by the collation means 53.
