PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in opportunity for correcting hydraulic pressure supplied to a frictional engaging element.

SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program including a step (S110) of outputting a shift command when determining that a power-on-down shift is executed (YES in S100), a step (S120) of controlling the hydraulic pressure supplied to the frictional engaging element to execute the power-on-down shift, a step (S140) of permitting the correction of the hydraulic pressure supplied to the frictional engaging element in the power-on-down-shift when a difference between target input torque and estimated input torque becomes a thresholdΔTT(1) or smaller (YES in S130), and a step (S150) of correcting the hydraulic pressure supplied to the frictional engaging element in the power-on-down-shift.
