PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for processing use, excellent in tackiness, releasability and expandability. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet for processing use is essentially composed of a substrate and an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer contains a radiation-polymerizable compound, and there is an intermediate layer based on an acrylic polymer 20°C or higher in glass transition temperature in between the substrate and the adhesive layer.
