PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner provided with a ventilation fan, capable of enhancing ventilation performance by restraining air quantity from getting low by a ventilation duct of the ventilation fan and by restraining a noise from becoming noisy, capable of enhancing performance by constituting a smooth air duct for the ventilation fan itself, capable of promoting a recycle by enhancing disassemblability of the ventilation fan, and capable of shortening a time for installation work, and of effectuating the installation work, by simple structure. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with an indoor side unit main body, the ventilation fan provided in the main body to supply outside air into an indoor or to exhaust indoor air to an outdoor, an air duct constitutive member provided in the ventilation fan and for constituting the air duct, an air cleaning filter provided in the vicinity of one side terminal end serving as an exhaust port in an exhaust operation for the air duct constituted of the air duct constitutive member, and for cleaning the air, and an insertion and extraction port provided in a front lower part of the main body and for inserting and extracting the air cleaning filter.
