PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency and to reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing a heat exchange includes: a process of linearly forming a connector 11 for a body, in which a plurality of round pipe parts 8 having a circular sectional form and a plurality of flat pipe parts 7 having a flat sectional form are alternately formed; a process of fixing a fin 10 to the outer surface of each flat pipe part 7 of the connector 11 for the body to form a connector 12 for the heat exchanger; and a process of cutting the connector 12 for the heat exchanger in each round pipe part 8, thereby forming the heat exchanger 5 in which a round pipe part 8 is formed at both ends of the flat pipe part 7 and the fin 10 is fixed to the outer surface of the flat pipe part 7.
