PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a wind volume for cooling a first radiator to some extent with a simple constitution even under an environment where dust easily attaches, and to improve reliability of a refrigerating system by preventing abnormal temperature rise and high-pressure rise of a radiator or a compressor, in the refrigerating system used in refrigerating or freezing and having a comparatively low evaporation temperature. SOLUTION: The outside air supplied by an air distribution means is allowed to successively pass from a second radiator 12B to the first radiator 12A, the first radiator 12A is composed of an independent fin type heat exchanger, and the second radiator 12B is composed of a fin tube-type heat exchanger having a bypass air trunk, thus the second radiator 12B can be miniaturized, the air volume for cooling the first radiator 12A can be secured to some extent by the bypass air trunk even when a large amount of dust is attached to a front edge portion of the second radiator 12B, the abnormal temperature rise and high pressure rise of the radiators and the compressor can be prevented, and the reliability can be improved.
