PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction melting apparatus, holding down equipment cost to the lowest. SOLUTION: This induction melting apparatus 1 includes: a melting furnace 10 having a furnace body 7 having a side wall surface formed by a plurality of conductive segments 15 and containing metal material and an induction heating coil 12 wound round the outside of the furnace body 7 and induction-heating the metal material; and an extract device 4 for extracting a solidified material of metal material formed in the furnace body 7 downward from the lower end part of the furnace body. The plurality of conductive segments 15 are respectively provided with a pipe 17 as an inflow port for cooling water, a pipe 18 as an outflow port, which is disposed below the pipe 17, an outer passage 11a where the cooling water flowing in from the pipe 17 flows, and an inner passage 11b communicated with the upper end part of the outer passage 11a and causing the cooling water to flow out from the pipe 18.
