<p>A floor mat for raising an animal which has a packing bag carrying a floor mat material packed therein, characterized in that the packing bag is safe for animals to eat and comprises a layer or a film containing an edible component which also has a function of adhering or sealing the packing bag as described above. In a first embodiment for achieving the above characteristic, a sheet-type packing material is made of a single film containing an edible component. In a second embodiment, a sheet-type packing material has a base layer and a sealant layer wherein the base layer comprises a natural polymer-based film while the sealant layer comprises a film containing an edible component. In a third embodiment, a sheet-type packing material comprises a paper serving as a base film and a sealant layer containing an edible component that is laminated thereon, wherein the packing material is formed by sealing a definite part in the sealant layer as described above.</p> |
