ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEROF

A fabric for artificial leather and a method for producing the artificial leather using the same are provided to secure advantages and characteristics of the artificial leather, by using surface effect and tactile feeling of nanofibers and physical properties of reinforced cloth. A fabric for artificial leather is formed by depositing reinforced cloth and a nanofiber web. Some nanofibers constituting the nanofiber web permeate the reinforced cloth through water-punching. The reinforced cloth is composed of one or combination of woven fabric, knitted fabric, single fiber non-woven fabric, and spun-bond non-woven fabric. The fibers constituting the nanofiber web are randomly distributed and entangled. The nanofiber web has an average diameter of 100-1,000 nm, and a basis weight of 5-100 gsm.
