<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool with a tool magazine capable of easily exchanging a grip arm without entirely removing the tool magazine. <P>SOLUTION: At a machining center, a clevis fixing a grip arm 60 of a tool magazine 40 to be rockable is fixed on an outer periphery of a back face of a collar part 42 of a magazine base 41. Then, screws 80 screwed with a fixing hole of the collar part 42 and a fixing hole of the clevis are mounted from a front side of the collar part 42. Therefore, when the grip arm 60 is removed from the magazine base 41, if a pair of screws 80, 80 fixing the clevis of the grip arm 60, which is an object to be exchanged, are removed from the front side of the collar part 42, only the grip arm 60 can be removed without entirely removing the magazine base 41.
