<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording carrier that enables reading from and writing to an RFID from a side by means of a single RFID inlet. <P>SOLUTION: The information recording carrier includes a base 2 having an adhesive layer 6 formed on its back surface and a high portion 5a and a low portion 5b formed on its front surface 5; an RFID inlet 3 bonded to fit the shapes of the high portion 5a and the low portion 5b and having an antenna 8 and an IC chip for writing and reading information via the antenna 8; and a protective member 4 for covering the front surface 5 of the RFID inlet 3 covered with the base 2.
