<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route guiding system capable of guiding properly a detailed route to a destination. <P>SOLUTION: This route guiding system equipped with an on-vehicle device for performing route guide, and a route guide support device for supporting the route guide is described as follows: a tag reader receives an on-vehicle device ID from an ID tag (S1), and transmits the received on-vehicle device ID and a spot ID to the route guide support device (S2); the on-vehicle device transmits the on-vehicle device ID and a traveling locus to an arrival spot of a vehicle to the route guide support device (S8); the route guide support device stores the traveling locus correlatively with the spot ID when each on-vehicle device ID received from the tag reader and the on-vehicle device is the same, extracts a guidance route from the traveling locus stored correlatively with the spot ID (S9), and transmits the guidance route to the on-vehicle device requiring support for route guide by using a spot discriminated by the spot ID as a destination; and the on-vehicle device performs the route guide based on the guidance route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
