PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the data processing load during voice recording, while keeping the quality of voice during reproduction. SOLUTION: A control section 4 of a digital camera 1 is made to perform notch filter processing for attenuating specific frequency components in a voice data which is input and output so as to make it function as a noise eliminating means. When a moving image is photographed (voice-recording period), a part of specific noise sound which is noise sound contained in input voice, and which is caused by driving of a device included in equipment is removed by a control section 4, while a device ID, indicating the device which generates the specific noise which has not been removed, is attached to a voice data and recorded. When the moving image is reproduced (voice-reproducing period), only the specific noise sound which is generated by the device indicated by the device ID, is removed by the control section 4.
