PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of insulating elements to be used, even when a polyphase constitution is to be adopted, in an insulated power supply unit. SOLUTION: The insulated multiphase power supply unit includes a first FET connected to a secondary winding of a first transformer; a second FET connected to a secondary winding of a second transformer; a first inverter connected to the primary winding of the first transformer for converting input voltage; a second inverter connected to the primary winding of the second transformer for converting the input voltage; a control circuit, a combining circuit, an insulated circuit connected to the combining circuit, and a regeneration circuit; the control circuit for generating a first signal to control the first FET and the first inverter, and a second signal to control the second FET and the second inverter, based on the outputs of the first and the second FETs which are obtained via the insulating element; the combining circuit for combining the first signal and the second signal; and the regeneration circuit for regenerating the first signal and the second signal from a signal obtained from the insulated circuit, supplies a signal based on the first signal to the first FET, and supplies a signal, based on the second signal, to the second FET.
