PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of obtaining image data of high color reproducibility, and to provide an image processing program. SOLUTION: An exposure setting unit 1 sets exposure of an imaging unit 2. The imaging unit 2 images an object to generate image data. A bright portion position detecting unit 3 detects the position of a bright portion of the image data. For pixel data constituting reference image data, a pixel data adder 5 adds, up to a predetermined level, pixel data constituting a dark portion excepting for the bright portion detected by the bright portion detecting unit 3 in pixel data constituting other image data different from the reference image data.
