PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent substrate, laminated glass, and translucent film, capable of suppressing variation in the amount of power consumption of electronic components. SOLUTION: The 36 light emitting elements 13 are arranged in matrix, 6 rows×6 columns, on an SnO<SB>2</SB>film 12 of a glass plate 11b. Corner electrodes 18 and 19 are formed at the corners of SnO<SB>2</SB>film 12. In the conductive path from the corner electrode 18 to the mth row (m is natural number of 1-6) light emitting element 13 in the light emitting element group of 1st column, W<SB>m1</SB>is so set to satisfy L<SB>11</SB>/W+L/W<SB>11</SB>=...=L<SB>m1</SB>/W+L/W<SB>m1</SB>=...=L<SB>61</SB>/W+L/W<SB>61</SB>, where W is the width of a conductive path 24m in column direction corresponding to the mth row light emitting element 13, its length is L<SB>m1</SB>, L is the length of a conductive path 25m in row direction corresponding to the mth light emitting element 13, and its width being W<SB>m1</SB>.
