PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device in which light condensing efficiency to photoelectric conversion portions is improved. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device comprises photoelectric converters 3, and a photonic crystal 9 that guides incident light to the photoelectric converters 3. The lattice spacing of the photonic crystal 9 in regions that correspond to the photoelectric converters 3 is made to be different from that in regions that correspond to peripheral regions of the photoelectric converters 3.
