PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore file data even when file system data is lost, and to perform additional writing and intermediate erasure of the file data while keeping reliability of the file data. SOLUTION: File identification information 11, next sector address information 12, head sector identification information 13 indicating whether it is a head sector of the file data or not, and an effective data identification information 14 indicating whether the file data of the sector is effective data or not are recorded as additional information for each sector, in an additional information recording region 10 on a disk. Thereby, even when the file system data cannot be read, a sector constituting the file data is recognized by referring to additional information for each sector, the file data can be reproduced, even in additional writing for a file end and intermediate erasure, reliability of the file data can be maintained.
