PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin floor plate capable of favorably protecting a lied paved surface, reduced in noise, and having larger sliding resistance than before. SOLUTION: Regenerated rubber powder obtained by grinding a used tire is mixed with regenerated polyethylene by 8-20 wt.%. In a preferred embodiment, a resin floor plate includes a plate-like floor plate body 1 and a projection 5 for non-slipping formed on one surface of the floor plate, wherein the projection is formed as one unit by aligning a V-shaped part 51, a horizontal part 52 and an inverted-V shaped part 53 at spaces on a straight line, a plurality of thus formed units are arrayed on a straight line, and the plurality of units arrayed are inclined to the side of the floor plate.
