PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation system having one or more vents in an outer shell of a simple shelter. SOLUTION: The respective vents 8 can include a moisture-permeable and liquid resistant permeable membrane 16. Water-vapor permeability of the membrane can be set to 4,000 g/m<SP>2</SP>/day or more. The membrane may be orientated polytetrafluoroethylene. The vents 8 can be formed in a dimension of making the vent surface area of about 4 m<SP>2</SP>per an inside space 20 m<SP>3</SP>of the simple shelter 2 existing in the outside shell of the simple shelter 2.
