The content rates of Al, Cr, Ti, and Si at the maximum containing points of Al-Cr are 0.35 to 0.50, 0.15 to 0.35, 0.25 to 0.45, and 0.03 to 0.10 respectively, and the content rates of Al, Cr, Ti, and Si at the maximum containing points of Ti-Si are 0.10 to 0.25, 0.10 to 0.25, 0.50 to 0.70, and 0.10 to 0.25 respectively.
