PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure water jetting apparatus capable of changing the shape of high pressure water without changing a jetting port. SOLUTION: A water jet hand gun 10 is provided with a nozzle head 12 for jetting high pressure water and a connection part 30 of a deforming member scraper 26 which is arranged on an orbit line L of the high pressure water jetted from the nozzle head 12 to change the shape of the jetted high pressure water. The shape of the high pressure water jetted from the nozzle head 12 is changed by the connection member 30 of the scraper 26 in the water jet hand gun 10 and then the shape of the high pressure water is changed without changing the number or the cross-sectional shape of the jetting port 12a of the nozzle head 12.
