PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bedding capable of guiding a user into a deep sleep. SOLUTION: This bedding 1 used as a mattress is provided with a base material layer 2 consisting of cotton, polyurethane molding and the like, a graphite layer 3 disposed on one whole face of the base material layer 2, and a cloth surface layer 4 covering the whole of the base material layer 2 and the graphite layer 3. The graphite layer 3 is formed by sticking granular graphite to the base material layer 2. The granular graphite used in the graphite layer 3 is obtained by heating a carbon material at 2,000°C or more and has high purity with carbon content of 99 wt.% or more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
