PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide kitchen facility capable of effectively utilizing the dead space between a frieze board of a sink part of a kitchen floor cabinet and a kitchen counter, and having a support bar devised to allow a user to easily use the support bar by making the support bar project forward from a slit when in use and to improve the outside appearance by retracting the support bar into the slit when not in use. SOLUTION: The kitchen facility has the support bar 11 for supporting the user's body. The support bar 11 is supported by a support mechanism 15 in such a way as retractable to a horizontally long slit 14 formed between the frieze board 12 of the sink 3 of the kitchen floor cabinet 1 and the kitchen counter 13. The support bar 11 is made to project forward from the slit 14 via the support mechanism 15 when in use, and is retracted into the slit 14 via the support mechanism 15 when not in use.
