PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat easy in attaching the skin of the seat to a seat cushion pad and a seat back pad. SOLUTION: In a rear seat 10, the seating surfaces of the seat cushion pad 12 and the seat back pad 14 are covered with one continuous skin 40. The front 40A of the skin 40 is connected to the floor 16 of the vehicle, the intermediate part 40B is wound around a lower bar 18 attached to the floor 16 under the seat back pad 14, and the upper part 40C is connected to an upper bar 28 attached to the upper part of the seat back pad 14.
