PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide frozen pizza dough frozen without using a large-sized rapid-freezing apparatus, capable of simultaneously carrying out baking and sufficient fermentation with yeast by easily using one kind of a cooking machine even in an ordinary home without carrying out thawing. SOLUTION: The frozen pizza dough is obtained by adding cold resistant yeast to wheat flour to form pizza dough and freezing the pizza dough before fermentation by yeast is carried out and simultaneously carrying out thawing, fermentation and baking of the dough without using specific thawing apparatus and baking apparatus.
