<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint device which is easily attachable and detachable without needing an exclusive tool. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe joint device comprises a first locking member 10 and a second locking member 20 connected to each other by a hinge, the members having substantially semi-cylindical shapes, and a fixing pin 30. The first locking member 10 and the second locking member 20 include hooks 12 and 13 having grooves 14 and 15 formed on the inner side thereof, and fixing pieces 17 and 27 provided on the side opposite to the hinge. When the first locking member 10 and the second locking member 20 are fitted to each other while fitting a radially outwardly protruding part formed on one pipe and a flange provided on the other pipe to the grooves 14 and 15, the fixing pieces 17 and 27 are alternately disposed in a direction parallel to the axial line of the pipes, so that the substantially U-shaped fixing pin 30 is inserted to neatly arranged through-holes 18 and 28 and guide grooves 19 and 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
