<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for setting the number of page indications per page to be included in a quick page message. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus selects the page indication count, i.e., the number of page indications per page, to be included in a first page message in a communication network. Further, the apparatus is provided with a communication activity input indicia identifier configured to identify a communication activity input indicia of the communication network, and a page indication count setter adapted for receiving an indication of identification by the communication activity input indicia identifier of the communication activity input indicia.
